1. Applicability
This policy applies to all B2B transactions involving the supply of:

- Spices (whole and ground)
- Rice varieties
2. Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted immediately with the delivery partner.
3. Reporting Issues
- All claims regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims should include:
- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or evidence
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns will be considered only if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The issue is verified and approved by AGNISA
- The claim falls within the reporting timeframe
AGNISA reserves the right to inspect or request samples before approving any return.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products used, altered, or partially consumed
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Natural variations in agricultural products (color, size, aroma, texture)
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
6. Refund & Replacement
Once a claim is approved, AGNISA may, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement shipment, or
- Issue a partial or full refund, or
- Offer a credit note for future orders
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method or agreed terms.
7. Return Logistics
- Return shipping arrangements will be coordinated by AGNISA or mutually agreed upon.
- In approved cases, logistics costs may be covered or adjusted based on the situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
AGNISA’s responsibility is limited to the value of the supplied goods.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Business interruption
- Loss of profit or market
